12. Cash on Delivery

Junior Republic may restrict Cash on Delivery for customers who repeatedly place orders and then refuse confirmed parcels without a reasonable explanation.

13. Online & Advance Payments

Payment processing may involve third-party banks, gateways or payment providers.

If an advance-paid order is cancelled by Junior Republic because the item is unavailable or cannot be supplied, the applicable payment will be refunded through an available method.

14. Cancelling Your Order

Changed your mind?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

We will normally try to cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, we may not be able to cancel it immediately.

In that situation, the applicable return or exchange procedure may need to be followed.

15. Delivery Across Pakistan

This may include deliveries to major cities such as Faisalabad, Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other areas covered by our courier partners.

16. Unsuccessful Delivery & Returned Parcels

If the courier cannot deliver your order because:

- Nobody is available to receive the parcel;

- The customer refuses a confirmed order; or

- The courier makes unsuccessful delivery attempts,

the parcel may be returned to Junior Republic.

If you want us to send the same order again, additional delivery charges may apply.

17. Please Check Your Parcel After Delivery

We recommend checking your kids clothing order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

Please contact Junior Republic promptly if you have received:

- A different product from what you ordered;

- The wrong size compared with your confirmed order;

- A damaged product;

- A materially defective product; or

- An incomplete order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:

- Your order number;

- Photographs of the item;

- Photographs of the parcel packaging;

- The product tag; and

- A short video where reasonably necessary to understand the problem.

18. Returns & Exchanges

We understand that buying kids clothes online sometimes means a size may not fit as expected.

Eligible returns and exchanges are handled according to the Junior Republic Return & Exchange Policy published on our website.

Unless the issue relates to a valid defect or incorrect product, an item being returned or exchanged should normally be:

- Free from stains;

23. Condition of Returned Clothing

- Torn after delivery;

- Stained;

- Damaged by the customer;

- Exposed to strong perfume or odours; or

- Otherwise returned in a condition unsuitable for resale.

This does not apply where the customer is exercising a valid right relating to a genuine defect or other issue covered by applicable law.

24. Washing & Garment Care

Different fabrics require different care.

Please follow any washing instructions printed on the garment label or included with the product.

Damage caused after purchase by improper:

- Washing;

- Bleaching;

- Drying;

- Ironing;

- Alteration;

- Chemical treatment; or

- Garment care

will not normally be treated as a manufacturing defect.

25. Discount Codes

Discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
