Do I need an account to order?
No. Check out as a guest, or create an account if you'd rather save your details for next time.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, before 1:00 PM everyday you can message us on WhatsApp at 0318-0740879 with your order details as soon as possible — once it's packed for dispatch, we can no longer change it.

How do I know my order went through?
You'll get a confirmation on email you provided at checkout. So Please provide your email address while checkout for all the notifications about dispatch and tracking.

Payment & Cash on Delivery

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, nationwide across Pakistan — this is our default and most-used payment method, same as every major kids clothing brand in the country.

Can I check the parcel before paying the rider?
Yes. Open it, check the item and size, and only pay once you're satisfied. Allow to open is mentioned on every parcel.

Is there a delivery charge?
We are offering FREE Delivery on orders above Rs. 1999. Orders below this amount will be charged only Rs. 199 delivery charges all over Pakistan.

 

Delivery Timeline

How long does delivery take?
Faisalabad: 1-2 business days, since we manufacture and dispatch from here.
Rest of Pakistan: 3-5 business days via courier.

Can I pick up my order instead of waiting for delivery?
Yes, if you're in Faisalabad — visit our outlet at Akbar Chowk, Gulistan Colony, and skip delivery entirely. You can also place the order and ask for indrive delivery with advance payment for same day delivery at home in Faisalabad.

Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, if you have provided email address on checkout you will get tracking notification. If not you can ask on our whatsapp number for tracking details.

 

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Measure your child's chest and match it against our size chart rather than going by age alone — kids the same age can differ a lot in build. If your child is between two sizes, size up.

What if I order the wrong size?
Covered under our exchange policy below — unworn, tagged items can be exchanged for the correct size within 15 days.

What does "Minor Fault" mean?
A small cosmetic flaw only — on some clothes you may not be able to identify the fault but on some clothes it could be a visible flaw, a slightly uneven print, a loose thread, a minor stitch irregularity — so it could be anything. Sold at a lower price specifically because of that cosmetic imperfection. This is the same category most established kids clothing brands in Pakistan sell under names like "B-Quality" or "Minor Fault," and it's a legitimate, clearly-labeled discount tier, not a hidden defect.

Is your "export quality" cotton actually export quality?
We manufacture in Faisalabad, all of the fabric we use, we procure it from all the big export factories in Faisalabad, one of Pakistan's core textile hubs, so this isn't a marketing claim borrowed from somewhere else — it's what the local industry here actually produces. If you're in Faisalabad, visit the outlet and check the fabric yourself before buying: real cotton feels slightly warm and textured between your fingers, not slippery-smooth like a polyester blend.

Does the fabric shrink or fade?
Normally it doesn’t shrink but it depends on different weather conditions, different washing patterns. Mostly we don’t get many complaints.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your exchange policy?
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery — the same window used by the largest kids clothing brands in Pakistan.

Are Minor Fault or Sale items eligible for exchange?
No — Minor Fault and Sale items are final sale, since their reduced price already reflects the condition or discount. This is standard across the industry.

Do you offer refunds, or exchange only?
we offer refunds and exchange both depending on the customer demand and issues they faced.
